B. H. C. H. Inc. v. His Majesty the King

A tax appeal with the CRA involving a business being over-assessed on the HST owed.

In acting for the appellant, we were able to successfully end this case with the CRA and prove that the CRA over-assessed our client, saving the client approximately $250,000.00 in HST payments to the CRA.

K. L. C. Ltd. v. M. A. et al.

A construction lien matter in Toronto involving breach of contract and extra claims.

In acting for the defendants, we were able to successfully end this case and remove the plaintiff's claim for lien from title to the property and prove there was no breach of contract or any entitlement to extra claims by the plainitff.

P. G. Y. v. C. C.

An estates litigation matter that was transferred to our firm from another large Toronto law firm.

In acting for the defendant, we were successful in having the matter dismissed against our client.

C. M. L. v. W. L. T. Ltd. et al.

A contract matter involving a Toronto developer for breaches of trust and contract, along with additional delay and extra claims.

In acting for the plaintiff against the developer, we were successful in proving our client's claim, receiving payment for over $1.1 million.
