Litigation Lawyer (Full-Time or Part-Time Position)

We are seeking a litigation lawyer with 2-4 years of post-call litigation experience who possesses excellent research and writing skills, along with strong oral advocacy and communication abilities. The selected candidate will have Court experience, experience managing client files, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Law Clerk / Legal Assistant (Full or Part-Time Position)
​
We are seeking a law clerk/legal assistant who has the ability to liaise with clients, counsel, and the courts. Candidates must have experience in Family Law, Real Estate & PC Law. General litigation experience is also an asset.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, greeting and screening clients, preparing legal documents and correspondence, scheduling court dates and appointments, as well as receiving and relaying telephone messages and notes.
Key skills include the ability to work independently, multi-tasking, and excellent time management skills.
