Our founder, Justin Baichoo, graduated with both his law degree (LLB) and Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the prestigious Osgoode Hall Law School, and practiced law with one of the largest law firms in Canada, before he founded BPR Litigation Lawyers.  He has over fourteen (14) years of litigation experience and he has been named, based on reviews, a gold client champion for 2020 and a silver client champion for 2019 by Martindale-Hubbell, one of the oldest and best known legal catalogues for lawyers in North America. 

Over the course of his legal career, Justin Baichoo has argued precedent setting cases and has represented hospitals, municipalities, financial institutions, insurance companies, large, medium and small businesses. as well as individuals with various litigation issues which include contract disputes, employment, professional malpractice, insurance law, real estate litigation, family law, wills and estates. 


Justin has also represented owners, bond companies, contractors, trade contractors, construction managers, consultants architects and sureties in various construction disputes, lien, trust and bonding issues and any associated construction litigation.



Justin Baichoo is a former Co-Director & Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at Osgoode Hall Law School and former Assistant Director of the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop at

Osgoode Professional Development.

We have represented and assisted all types of clients and matters in employment law whether it be employers or employees.  It is our goal to help you to successfully resolve matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.


We have represented clients against the largest insurance companies and against their former lawyers that have not handled their cases properly. We have also represented individuals and professionals in discipline proceedings and malpractice matters before professional bodies like the Ontario Architects Association.
